Clover Point, Victoria

Every day I walk out to Clover Point, and along the shores of the Salish Sea. This has been a gathering point for thousands of years. Local First Nations people came here to harvest edible plants such as camas and clover. And the spot is named for the tall red clover James Douglas saw when he landed here in 1842.
